IF YOU ARE NEW TO AERIAL ARTS, WELCOME! THIS IS WHERE YOU START: Learn fundamental skills and build aerial strength using the aerial sling, silks, and Lyra. We recommend wearing snug athletic wear that covers the backs of knees, abdomen, and underarms, to avoid chafing or friction burns.
This class will prepare you to move into Level 1+ classes, and we require a minimum of 3 intro classes on the same apparatus before attending a Level 1+ class or open gym training session.
