Balancing on your hands is an opportunity to think deeply about the mechanics of your body. The alignment and core work done in this class will help anyone interested in developing a dialogue between their muscles and their mind. This class is for all levels. We will start with where you are at and figure out together the mind-body puzzle that is the handstand.
