Sling - Level 1 & 2

In this class we will learn foundational skills to build strength and understanding around this fabric based apparatus. Snug athletic wear to cover the backs of the knees, the abdomen and armpits recommended for protection from chafing and friction burns. *Prerequisites: if new to aerial, 3 Intro to Aerial classes.
