Silks are an aerial acrobatic apparatus using fabric hung from the ceiling. In this class we will build strength and stamina while we learn foundational skills and basic transitions on the fabric. Snug athletic wear to cover the backs of the knees, the abdomen and armpits recommended for protection from chafing and friction burns. *Prerequisites: if new to aerial, a minimum of 3 intro to aerial classes.
