This blended offering of healing modalities begins with a slow paced yin yoga practice to shift the body into the parasympathetic nervous system. Each student has the option to deepen their relaxation with Acudetox, a 5 needle acupuncture protocol to shift the body out of flight or fight, prior to descending into a a beautiful, meditative soundbath.
