This class will offer a combination of meditation, breathwork, ball rolling, and yin / restorative yoga. Yum! Students are invited to explore and awaken their bodies and minds through a diverse variety of modalities that evolve weekly. We will cultivate presence through meditation and breathwork. Ball rolling will help us release built up patterns of fascial restrictions, and we will incorporate yoga poses to deeply unwind the body so that we leave class re-energized and more alive!
