The Welcome Practice begins our wellness weekend with a grounding community yoga class that invites you to arrive, unwind and untangle from your busy life. Gentle movement, breath, and intention come together in this practice designed to open space, release tension, and welcome our time together with ease and presence. All are invited to join, no experience needed.
Hot Tea and treats will be served.
