Breathwork and meditation practices to calm stress, regulate cortisol, and support emotional well-being.
Month 4 : Living in Flow: Hormetic Stress, Cyclical Wellness, and Empowerment
Exploring hormetic stress practices as tools for resilience, energy, vitality, and a deeper connection with the body.
